Invoices of less than $1 Print

If you have received an invoice for less than $1, you may have come across the issue that credit card payments of this invoice fail. This is because most credit card gateways do not process amounts less then $1.
 

To work around this, please click on Add Funds in the client area homepage (or from the Billing Menu), and add $1 of funds to your account. You can then pay the invoice from credit by clicking “Apply Credit” while viewing the invoice. Left over funds will then automatically be applied to new invoices as they are issued.
