This is a general error, which is normally caused by a problem in the theme. See e.g. the first answer here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6262129/magento-front-controller-reached-100-router-match-iterations-error Clearing the contents of var/cache can help, however this is only a temporary workaround—the problem in the theme needs to be identified and corrected to stop this continuing to happen.
